Joao Felix has sparked a set of transfer rumors linking him with a move to either Arsenal, Man United, or PSG as he looks to rebuild his career.

The 23-year-old has been heavily linked with a move away from Atletico Madrid after struggling for form under Diego Simeone and it is understood he could be allowed to leave in January.

The former Benfica ace was a teenage sensation and many pegged him as the next Ronaldo but 3 years on and he simply hasn't lived up to the hype

Atletico paid around £113m to sign the 23-year-old from Benfica in 2019 and it is understood that they want a significant loan fee from whoever secures his services until the summer. This is obvious to cover some of their blushes but also try to milk as much out of the player as possible while he is still under contract.

The La Liga outfit reportedly want around £16m for Felix and this is said to be putting off Man Utd. Arsenal have been rumoured to offer 8 million for the loan which seems like a reasoable fee for a risky player short of game time.

While the gunners need goals they should not be trying to break the bank in January and a player who can bring 10 - 12 goals for the season is all they need. If they can do a deal on a loan it might be the better solve for all involved.

If we look at his options, Arsenal seem to be the only club that he could play regularly so that gives Mikel a distinct advantage in negotiations.
