Nicolas Pepe broke the Internet
These are some exciting times to be a gooner. The transfer window is active and we are actually actively pursuing targets, not just any targets, targets that will genuinely improve the squad and make us more competitive. None exemplifies this fact than the news bit that came from the usually reliable Ornstein.
That bit of news took us by surprise and I must say, it is a lot better than spending that amount on a Wilfred Zaha.
Nicolas Pepe is a wide player with a keen eye for goal, our team has been crying out for this sort of player for a while and we finally have him. He is predominantly left footed and likes to cut in from the right side of attack, he scored over 20goals from the flanks like season and provided many more assists.
His addition will see Alex Iwobi and Mhkitaryan struggle for game time. Well, either they struggle or they up their game. This addition will also give the Arsenal a lot more options in attack and give Emery the freedom to play in any system he deems fit.

Not really seen much of the guy but if his highlights reel is anything to go by then Arsenal are going to have a pretty exciting front 3 this year. I just wonder how many times those flicks, tricks and nutmegs don't come off?
Well, it is very possible that it doesn't always connect. Even the best dribblers around don't always have their flicks work either. What I enjoyed most was his energy and end product. He is tricky as well as direct, pacy and has a keen eye for goal. I look forward to how he applies himself in the English league.
He reminds me a little bit of Paulo Wanchope who was great player for Derby and Man City in his day. If he can live up to his potential I’m sure he’ll be a fan favourite
