RE: One minute of Hell

Actually USMC boot camp was a joke... having men yell at me for 12 weeks was fun. I got to scream back!

Now think about being trained to fight for your life... Do you want easy training or hard and effective training?
This video doesn't really show the truth about boot camp!
If you get screamed at you obviously did something not to code. There were days my DIs never even screamed. It's more than becoming a killer and all this bullshit people don't look past. I learned a type of disincline and courage I never thought I had. You learn a lot about yourself! You learn to work as a team without even thinking, you gain leadership skills that can be used in civilian life, you learn that you can go beyond your mental limits. You have to take test and pass them all with a 80 or higher to get out of boot camp. You learn about history! You learn about weapon systems, you learn how to deal with hard decisions when needed.
Don't believe everything you see! But that shit did happen!
To even become a DI you gotta be very very good at being a marine in and out. They are creating the future fighting force of our nation!
I loved the chaos!!!

You know being able to spit back ( in responding to a DI )in a DI face is fucking priceless for 12 weeks!
