Now reports of this have declined, but not the fact that the beasts of prey will not return to the villages - they have become lazy, they feed from garbage dumps.
The Minister of Natural Resources, Kobylkin, who has recently paid close attention to everything that is happening in the Arkhangelsk Region, where the Novaya Zemlya archipelago geographically belongs, explained:
“It is easier for a bear to stir the dustbin than to go hunting. In this case, shoot these animals can not. In general, no one except the local authorities will solve these tasks. Control must be on the ground and the execution of laws, "- quotes the head of the department of RIA" Novosti ".
The minister added that "any unauthorized landfill must be eliminated."
However, he himself continues to pretend that he has nothing to do with an unauthorized trash mega-polygon that is being built in the Arkhangelsk region at Shies station, in dangerous proximity to the Arctic.

Сейчас сообщения об этом пошли на спад, но не факт, что хищные звери не вернутся в поселки - ленивыми они стали, с помоек питаются.
Министр природных ресурсов Кобылкин, в последнее время обращающий пристальное внимание на все происходящее в Архангельской области, куда территориально входит архипелаг Новая земля, объяснил:
«Медведю проще разворошить помойку, чем идти охотиться. При этом отстреливать этих животных нельзя. В общем, никто кроме местных властей эти задачи не решит. Контроль должен быть на местах и исполнение законов», - цитирует главу ведомства РИА «Новости».
Министр добавил, что «любую несанкционированную свалку надо ликвидировать».
Однако сам он продолжает делает вид, что не имеет никакого отношения к несанкционированному мусорному мегаполигону, который строится в Архангельской области на станции Шиес, в опасной близости к Арктике.
