Varna's ghost buildings - Part 4

Тази сграда се намира в центъра на Варна, в непосредствена близост до централния пазар. Интересното при нея е, че единствено покрива е напълно завършен. Само половината апартаменти са с дограма, като само на единият от тях тя е нова и той е... обитаем, така че @trayan, за разлика от предния пост (част 1), вече можеш да се чудиш :D. Парцелът в съседство (пред сградата), е все още свободен, и това бе от моя полза за да мога да направя снимката. Но преди година (и нещо), пак минавах оттам и имаше кабинка и информационна табела, но по някаква неведома причина, така и не са започнали да строят.
This building is located in the center of Varna, close to the central market. The interesting thing about it, is that only the roof is completely finished. Only half of the apartments have windows, and only one of them is new and it is ... habitable, so @trayan, unlike the previous post (part 1), you can already wonder :D. The plot next to it (in front of the building) is still vacant, and it was to my advantage to be able to take the picture. But a year ago (and something), I went there again, and there was a booth and an information sign, but for some unknown reason they never started to build.
