💡 How they did this Single-House project has a Character? [Architectural concept 📊 📌 ]

Single-house project wich has a character.
Take a look on this house, i found it kind interesting to talk about. This is the project from the university I study in. PK Cracow.
Here you can see the Plan (situation), Aksonometry drawing and two perspecctive drawings.

This is a modern concept of a house in concrete technology. It has an accent on it's geometry forms.
The main point of composition in that project is the red curve-shaped element, to make contrast with other forms.
The house is located in the private territory with an awesome green on the west side.
The situation was planned that way to give you an opportunity to walk throw with comfort and a good views.
By the way it is one of the projects i like.

So here I share the next project of a modern concrete technology:

This building is projected for three types of apartments (100 m2 / 80 m2 / 50 m2).
As you can see the idea of that project was to add a strange wavy form to the straight massive one.
Here we have the situation plan, aksonometry, elevations and perspective, with a pretty red element :)))
