Some new high rises erected in Johor Bahru city. Insanely tall for such urban context! Wonder how many more are coming up with so many Chinese stakeholders coming in the city and conquer the coastal area. For the local, is it a blessing or curse whether or not it will be utilized as it is marketed or it will be under utilized, ending up in ruin. One or two individual building still have their own selling points ，unlike those in Forest City and danga bay, so mass supply, competitors of same type same area are so huge in number.

Ya agreed too but I personally don’t like the density which country garden did. Too dense and out of context. The development is also not intended for local consumption too. Would foresee that these two area to have a lot of troubles.

Hard to say in 10 years time 😂 you know la Johor also got a few ghost towers (I think I know 3 of them)
