If you saw the CritDay Instagram story earlier this week you will have seen 81% of the community would rather work for a small and innovative practice than the typical large renowned practice.
We thought it would be a good idea to take this one step further and ask where you would like to work if you could chose any practice?
Just as importantly why would this practice be your dream job? Do they work on the type of projects you would like to design, do they have similar principles as you or do you like their process.
