Simple Flats Rent (RUSUNAWA) is a simple apartment rented to urban communities who can not afford to buy a house or want to stay for a while such as students, temporary workers and others. Rusunawa that has been built by Perumnas spread in several big cities. this time the planning of rusunawa in Banda Aceh city which was designed by a young architect who graduated from Architecture Faculty of Engineering Unsyiah Banda Aceh.
