Let Us Take a Look on the Philippine's New Museum that opened in International Museum Day

     The Museum of Natural History is the newest museum of the Philippines that opened yesterday, May 18, 2018 which is also International Museum Day. The first day of the museum is free of charge as well as several museums in the Philippines as way of participation in the International Museum Day.

     Like what the museum curators said a lot of the exhibits are replicas but some will be replace by an actual taxidermied version. The picture above is a replica version of Lolong, the largest crocodile in captivity which was almost 21 feet, his skeletons are hanging in the ceiling of the museum.

     Personally I got amazed by the design of the museum, mixing in classic and modern designs as you can see the museums exterior looks like any old museums from outside but when you are inside you will see the that the museum has a modern look and honestly it look better this way.

     The museum after the end of the day have reached 3,757 visitors according to their page, and they were hoping to have that kind of number as they have teased the citizens about the museum since October 2017 which made this opening a more anticipated one.

     I hope that you like my long post this shows that history can match with modern design and I think a lot of people will agree to what I have said. Museums are a entertaining way to show history to all people and not only with the kids.
