Тhe houses the City Assembly of Yekaterinburg (Russia)
Until the October Revolution, there was a two-storey shopping center building here. In 1930, three floors were upgraded and a five-story building in the style of constructivism was built.
In 1947, a detailed reconstruction was done, and the building was decorated with pillars, the basic part is covered with granite.
The building was given its present form in 1954, above it was built a tower with a spire and clock.
