The architecture of the monastery

Hello! My dear friends, authors, bloggers, architects and photographers. Today we have the theme of the day - Architecture. I have a small photo-report about the main building - the temple of the Monastery. The monastery is more than 160 years old, this building was built by Novgorod masters. They built the church in just 1 year. When the Bolsheviks came in 1917, then in 1934 the monastery was closed, the nuns were all dispersed. In 1996 the monastery revived and began to build and restore all the buildings. This building of the Transfiguration of the Lord was repaired first. Then a chapel was built over the well, from where even today water is taken. Beauty!
