This post is dedicated to @archisteem’s 1001 Places to Remember.

Our team is currently looking for passionate and talented collaborators to work with us on the project. There are three roles that we are urgently looking to enroll, which are the editor, the graphic designer and the website designer. The three musketeers will work along with the team to carry out the listed scope of works and complete the tasks within the stipulated time. In the meantime, we really hope to seek support from the Steemit community. Our effort alone will not be enough to carry out such a project and it needs more collaboration. We also believe that through community building and involvement of the community, trust and relationship can be nurtured along the way.

Let me list the roles down:

Editor

We are looking for a passionate editor who can assist us to go through all the contents to be published. Here is the scope of works that the editor will be involved:

1. To summarize every selected story into a 300 to 500 words paragraph.
2. To proofread and check through the contents (all the pages) with the team.
3. To help the graphic designer to check through their design (any involvement of wordings).
4. To update the team consistently and diligently on the progress of work as the time schedule is tight.

Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and self-driven graphic designer who can assist us to design our publication template from e-publication to the limited-edition physical publication. Here is the scope of works that the graphic designer will be involved:

1. To design the publication template for e-publication and physical publication (all design requirement will be provided by the team, and we welcome suggestions too).
2. To sort through copyright issues on the images use (to credit every images’ owner).
3. To collect all the required images for the publication purpose.
4. To complete the publication with all the materials (images and text from the editor)
5. To update the team consistently and diligently on the progress of work

Website Designer

We are looking for a website designer who is familiar with Steem’s ecosystem who could assist us to design our website that could link up Steemit data with the website. Here is the scope of works that the website designer will be involved:

1. To design the architecture of the website with the team
2. To design the user interface of the website
3. To fill up the website with all the materials (UI related graphic works to be designed by website designer, post related graphic works will be done by the graphic designer)
4. To complete the website with fully functional options agreed by the team
5. To update the team consistently and diligently on the progress of work

Here is the roadmap for the project:

August:

• To hit 200 collected submissions

September:

• To hit 500 collected submissions
• To find a web designer, an editor, and a graphic designer

October:

• To hit 800 collected submissions
• To have a demo website for internal trial
• To have 400 submissions edited and start formatting for the publication
• To have the first draft template

November:

• To hit 1001 collected submissions
• To have amended website and ready for the second trial
• To have real data inserted into the website (500 submitted works included)
• To have 800 submissions edited and edit formatting for the publication
• To have finalized design template and insert the submitted works and contents (500 pages completion)

December:

• To have a final trial by mid of December before publishing to the public by end of December
• To fully insert all the works on the website before publishing to the public by end of December
• To have all submissions edited and also complete formatting
• To finish the publication and ready in PDF format by end of December

January 2019:

• To amend the publication with a special feature (To be announced)
• To open up Fundition and Kickstarter segment for sale
• To work with a graphic designer on completing the printed version limited edition publication
• To work with a graphic designer on the packaging

February 2019:

• Send to printing
• Packaging
• Ready to deliver
