I can neither confirm, nor deny that during the gulf war, so many enemy soldiers were surrendering that our troops could not handle them and subsequently had to bury them up to the neck...

Wow that is harsh treating the surrendering enemies that way. They could have just bound them with ropes at least they could still move around a bit. But burying them is something else.
