Nice post and wonderful project.
But in a huge crowded city is making many micro houses is better than making many story building with highly designed efficient micro flats, yes it's more costly but I am talking about area which matters the most in modern cities.

If there's a choice, I would prefer less dense home. Although flats are efficient in putting people on a single site, but it may be too crowded to do so like in Hong Kong. Anyway, it depends on which area we are talking about in the city. Perhaps this can be done within a certain radius from the CBD.
