Can be heard from some friends Gayo Arabica coffee shop, in Banda Aceh. He said the price of green bean type of arabica coffee in Aceh again jumped sharply.

The reason is simple, economic law. Supply decreases, while demand keeps rising. Should nguntungin coffee farmers dong, Fed? Yes it should be!

But the reality is, Failed to harvest some time ago. So the green bean stock is very minimal.

The question now, why can coffee crop failure? Why coffee stocks can drop dramatically when almost one Gayo land all plant coffee?

Like it or not, the condition of forests that support Climate for coffee plantations is degraded. The forest area has changed its function, ranging from oil palm plantations, illegal logging, and (sorry) opening of the coffee plantation itself.

When neighboring countries stop forest destruction, palm moratorium, and illegal logging. This country, it supports it.

Do not tell us that we have a law, do not say if we have a regional regulation (PERDA) that guards the forest, no!

Wake up, and clay alone to the edge of the forest. Because if you see it from the office window, the forest is still fine.

Congratulations to your friends! Enjoy your coffee before the coffee is rare and no longer "specialty"

Greetings from Arabian coffee lovers.
