كرأي شخصي في ما يخص تطبيق غرامة مالية 25 درهم على الراجلين الذين لم يحترموا ممر قطع الطريق في أماكنها الآمنة انه قرار صائب لكن ليس بتطبيقه بطريقة مفاجئة التي صدم بها المواطن المغربي، فيجب علي الدولة القيام بندوات تحسيسية عبر والوسائل الإعلامية بتوعية المواطن كما حدث في التوعية لحزام السلامة، انه سيتم فرض قانون يعاقب بها كل مخالف الذي لم يقم باحترام ممر الراجلين ودلك لسلامة لراجلين، وعدم نسيان نسبة الأمية في المغرب التي تتجاوز% 60 وأغلبية الأمة تجهل القانون، فعلى القانون أن يساير الواقع المر، فأغلبية الطرق في بعض المدن لا تتوفر على ممرات الراجلين وكذلك بعض السائقين لا يحترمن ممر الراجلين، ووجود مسافة بعيدة بين كل ممر وآخر وكدا بعض الممرات فقدت علامة إشارتها إذن فيجب عل المسولين إحداث ممرات الراجلين وتوسيع الطرق وتجديد إشارات المرور وبعد كل هذا سيحترم القانون
