كيفية التعرف على تفكير الناس :
من الممكن التعرف على تفكير الناس من خلال الكثير من الخطوات الهامة والتي من خلال اتباعها من الممكن التعرف على التفكير الذي يدور في داخل كل شخص، ومن بين الخطوات الهامة التي يتم اتباعها من اجل التعرف على ما يفكر به الآخرين ما يلي :

1- معرفة الإشارات :
يمتلك الكثير من الناس العديد من المهارات وذلك من خلال التعرف على تعبيرات الوجه وكذلك نبرة صوت الأشخاص، وردود الأفعال الخاصة بكل شخص عن الأخر تظهر مدى اختلاف تفكير كل شخص عن الأخر، وقد يتعرف البعض على ما يشعر به الأشخاص من خلال رد فعل كل منهم على موقف معين فيختلف رد فعل شخص إلى أخر وفقا لما يشعر به الشخص في ذلك الموقف.

2- المعرفة من خلال لغة الجسد :
حيث أن الكثير من التجارب قد أشارت على أن رد فعل الشخص الجسدي على بعض المواقف تشير إلى ما يشعر به الشخص ومن الممكن التعرف على رد فعل الأشخاص تجاه موقف ما من حضور اجتماع أو مناسبة عامة او خاصة من خلال لغة الجسد والتي تختلف من شخص إلى أخر.

3- حركة العيون :
حيث من الممكن أن تشير حركة عين الشخص إلى ما يدور في بال الأشخاص من أفكار فيؤكد خبراء لغة الجسد أو التعرف على أفكار الناس على أن الشخص عندما يحرك عينيه إلى اليسار فانه يحاول الكذب خلال الموقف الذي يمر به وفي حالة أن تم تحريك العينين إلى الجهة الأعلى من اليمين فأنه يحاول تذكر شيء ما.

كما يوجد بعض من الإشارات التي يقوم بها الشخص والتي تدل على الشخصية والتي من بينها ما يلي :

1- في حالة المرور بلحظة من التوتر فإن الشخص يجد نفسه يميل بجذعه إلى الأمام.

2- كما أنه من الممكن أن تظهر على الشخص بعض من ردود الأفعال التي تدل على التوتر والتي من بينها فرك كفوف الأيدي مع الفخذين ووضع الأيدي على الجبين.

3- ومن الممكن أن تظهر على الوجه الكثير من التعبيرات التي تدل على الشعور بالضيق والتي من بينها شد الحواجب وشد الفكين والعمل على شد كل من عضلات الوجه وايضا الرقبة.

4- ومن الممكن إغلاق العيون لفترة من الزمن بدون فتحها مع بلع في الريق يدل على مماطلة الشخص في أمر من الأمور.

على الرغم من كون تعبيرات ولغة الجسد من الأشياء التي من الممكن أن تكون صحيحة جدا عند النظر إليها إلا إنها لن تكون صحيحة في جميع الأوقات، حيث من الممكن أن يقوم الشخص ببعض من الحركات والتي لم يقصد من ورائها أي شيء، لذا لابد من عدم تعميم لغة الجسد أو قراءة تفكير الآخرين على جميع الناس حيث من الممكن أن يقوم الشخص بتلك الأمور كرد فعل لا إرادي قد إعتاد عليه الجسد، ومن الممكن اتباع النصائح التالية للعمل على تفهم قراءة أفكار الآخرين:

• لابد من القيام بوضع نفسك مكان الشخص الأخر ورؤية الأشياء والمواقف من منظوره هو وليس من منظورك أنت.

• لابد من أن تحسن الظن بالشخص الأخر ودائما فكر بهم كما تحب أن يفكروا بك.
• أن تعرف الشخص بشكل جيد لهو من الأمور الجيدة التي توفر عليكم الكثير فالأمر لن يتطلب معرفة لغة الجسد كي تتمكن من معرفة ما يفكر به الشخص.
