غالبا ما يعيش الإنسان في هذه الحياة في حالتين وبمزاجين وكأنه شخصين .فتارة تلقاه راض وسعيد وفجأة أو أحيانا و بدون سبب يحزن ويضيق صدره و يشتم ويسب ويلعن الظروف والأحوال. وهكذا لا يوجد إنسان راض على طول أو بمزاج واحد طوال عمره
عندما أصبح العالم قرية صغيرة زادت الهموم و الأوجاع كلما تقدمت الإنسانية في شتى المجالات على حساب الأخلاق كلما تأخرنا
فسخطنا من الحياة يتولد من السعي لشيء مجهول أو شخص مجهول دونه تكون حياة المرء غير مكتملة، عندما ترتبط أمانينا بإنتظار أشياء نظن أنها ستتحقق بلا ريب مثل: عالم مثالي أو أفضل، إنتصار الخير والحق دائما، النجاح في كل شيء. ونفكر بقناعات يقينية أن أمانينا وخيالاتنا ستتحقق؛ بينما -حتى- من يحققون أهدافهم تظهر لهم تعاسات جديدة، ورغبات أخرى غير محققة، فهل تفكيرنا في التسامي على ظروفنا هو مجرد أوهام؟ هل نستطيع التفكير فيما بعد البقاء وماذا يفعل الإنسان في هذا العالم، وما المسارات المتاحة له وكيف يرضى بما هو متاح لديه ليستطيع إكمال حياته
