إياك والمشاركة في الحوارات السلبية والنقاشات الحادة، ابتعد عن التفكير بالماضي، وكن إيجابيا في التفكير بالمستقبل.

من يتعمد أن يجرحك، حاول أن تجعل بينك وبينه مسافة كافية تحافظ بها على نفسك، ولا تحاول الاحتكاك به.

من يقوم بتلوين الكلام تجنب التحدث معه، وبذلك ستغلق على نفسك أبوابا كثيرة من الشر.

ابحث عن راحتك أولا، ولا تجعل نفسك تتحمل شيء فوق طاقتها
