1- إذا لاحظت أن الناس حولك تعجب بك، اعلم أنهم أعجبوا بشيء جميل أظهره الله منك، ولم يروا شيء قبيح يخصك، أخفاه الله عن الناس.

2- إذا أردت العيش بسعادة، لا تقف كثيرا على أبواب الماضي، ولا تركض خلف شخص لا يفكر فيك، وشكر الله على نعمة النسيان.

3- لا تتمنى أن تكون أفضل من الآخرين, لكن تمنى أن تكون أفضل من نفسك التي كانت في الماضي.

4- عندما تصمت في المواقف الصعبة فذلك يولد الاحترام لك في نفوس الآخرين، بعكس الصراع فهو يولد الحقد.

5- حاول أن تصاحب الأشخاص الإيجابيين، لأنهم سوف يؤثرون إيجابا في أفكارك وسلوكياتك، وعندها ستتحول تلقائيا لشخص إيجابي.
