How to defeat a sleep during studying without coffee

at the times of exams , Students are trying so hard to spend more time at night to study for a longer period and drink stimulant drinks such as Coffee and Nescafe to help them to sleep. However, the excessive use of these drinks has a harmful effect on their health. In this report we offer them some ways to help them to stay awake at night.

1_ you have to eat foods that help to sleep, including: Apples containing the fructose, a substance that alerts the mind and body, as well as chocolate containing a percentage of caffeine, as well as foods containing sugar.

2_Drink water continuously at the rate of a large glass of water every hour, because it energizes your mind and renews your body energy, as well as saves you from anxiety and tension and helps you to stay active at night.

3_If you feel like going to sleep, walk during the study, or walk for a quarter of an hour and continue to study again and you will find that you become more active.

4_Be careful to study in a strong light, and do not cause drowsiness to you, because low light makes you sleepy and desire to sleep.

5_Talk on the phone if you feel like going to sleep, and then go back to study after you feel active.

6_If you want to increase focus during the study only you choose active music that you prefer and listen to, but avoid the quiet melodies is likely to cause you a wave of sleepiness.
