A Protest In Agadir : وقفة إحتجاجية بأكادير

Morocco has been associated with Palestine because of the religious status it has maintained among Moroccans since ancient times, which has had a great impact on both Moroccan people and their king, and their stand with the Palestinian issue against the Zionist occupation and its plans. I said this only to show that Morocco was and still will be an advocate for this issue, but it is not the subject of the day, yesterday while I was browsing an electronic newspaper a video title caught my attention.

The video was about a protest organized by one of the associations denouncing the decision of the Agadir City municipal to name the streets and alleys of the Jerusalem neighborhood with names of cities villages and names with a Palestinian dimension and symbol. This decision was taken by the municipal during one of its sessions and then voted unanimously by the participants based on the participatory approach with civil society. The neighborhood was the subject of the dispute, and the idea behind it was to keep up with the names of streets and alleys for the name of the neighborhood which goes by the name of Jerusalem.

On the other hand, some believe that this procedure places the identity of the Amazigh and Souss city of in contrast with the symbolism of the Palestinian cause. Some also said that there are names of resistance soldiers, athletes and artists have given much to the region and deserve to call streets by their names.

ارتبط المغرب بفلسطين نظرا للمكانة الدينية التي يحتفظ بها لدى المغاربة منذ القدم، الأمر الذي كان له تأثير كبير على المغرب شعبا و ملكا ،ووقوفهم مع القضية الفلسطينية ضد الاحتلال الصهيوني ومخططاته. قلت هذا فقط لأظهر أن المغرب كان ولازال و سيبقى مدافعا عن هذه القضية ولكنها ليست موضوعي لليوم، البارحة و أنا أتصفح أحد الجرائد الإلكترونية أثار انتباهي عنوان أحد الفيديوهات.

الفيديو كان لوقفة احتجاجية نظمتها إحدى الجمعيات تندد بقرار المجلس الجماعي لمدينة أكادير لتسمية شوارع و أزقة حي القدس بأسماء مدن و قرى و أسماء ذات بعد ورمزية فلسطينية،هذا القرار اتخذه المجلس خلال إحدى دوراته وثم التصويت عليه بإجماع الحاضرين اعتمادا على المقاربة التشاركية مع المجتمع المدني في الحي موضوع النزاع، وكانت الفكرة وراء ذلك أن تكون هنالك مواكبة لأسماء الشوارع و الأزقة لاسم الحي الذي يحمل اسم القدس.

العتاب الذي تلقاه المجلس بخصوص الموضوع هو مبالغته في عدد الشوارع و الأزقة المعنية بالموضوع إذ بلغت 43 شارعا ،من جهة أخرى يرى البعض أن هذا الإجراء يضع هوية المدينة الأمازيغية السويسية في تقابل و تضاد مع الرمزية للقضية الفلسطينية،كما قال البعض أن هناك أسماء مقاومين ورياضيين و فنانين أعطوا الكثير للمنطقة و يستحقون أن تسمى شوارع بأسمائهم.
