كلنا نتعلم دروس من رحلة الحياة هناك اوقات نلاحظ اننا نمر بنفس الدرس في الحياة ولكن في مواقف مختلفة الحياه تستمر في إعطاء نفس الدرس مرارا وتكرارا ولكن لماذا يحدث ذلك الكون له طرقه الخاصة هو يريد تعليمنا ما نحتاجه من روحنا وما نحتاج الى ان نتعلم وبذلك يقوم بتكرار الحلقات حتى نتعلم الدرس عن طريق التكرار

في بعض الأوقات نلاحظ إضطرابات في نقطة من حياتنا وندعي انه سوء الحظ ولكن هذا هو النمط المتكرر الذي نحتاج تحديده وتصحيحه.
الناس تلاحظ تكرار نمط مافي الحياه مثل الفشل في العمل العلاقات المتعثرة ونقص التمويل في المشاريع التشكيك الذاتي وما الى ذلك هناك بعض الانماط التي يمكن أن تدمر حياتك مثل عدم الايمان بالعلاقات، الاشياء ممكن ان تحدث باشكال مختلفة ولكن النتيجة تبقى نفسها
اذا كنا نستطيع تحديد نقطة الضعف التي تتكرر وما الذي يؤدي الى تكرارها سوف يكون من السهل تجاوز تلك النقطة و الخروج من تلك الحلقة هذه الحلقة المتكررة يمكن ان تؤدي الى قتل روح العزيمة لديك ولذلك يجب علينا العمل من أجل الخروج منها

تخلص من الخوف و ركز على الحاضر عندما نقوم بتحديد نقطة التكرار أول شيء نقوم به هو التخلص من الخوف وتخلص من العيش في الماضي لأنك كلما تعلقت بالماضي فلن تستطيع تحقيق أي شيء في حاضرك وفي مستقبلك
التصرف بسهولة مع نفسك لا تقوم بانتقاد نفسك بشكل دائم وتقوم بالندم على كل خطوة اتخذتها، انا لا اقول انه لا يجب ان تنتقد نفسك من وقت الى اخر ولكن ليس بشكل دائم فانك بذلك تعذب روحك وتقتل العزيمة لديك
