if you go to somewhere in aquarium shop in india and ask for beta fish they ptobably understand this world they know it as simple fighter fish

beta fish known as fighter because they are aggrasive in own commmunity
means they fight only with other betas
they also fight with female betas if they putten together for long time
for mating betas there is seorate tabk aailble in market for breeding purpose
after breeding they have to seprate from each other neither male beta will kill female beta.

Beta attack on long fins fishes too like designer gol fish, angles, guppy
they probalay live more than 15min if you put two male betta in same tank where is no hiding spot
i have my personal experice one stronger killed other tinny one in five minutes.
hiding spot help weaker one to hide so he can ignore fighting but ut also not works for longer time,

you know betta fighting is illigal you can't put 2 betta in same tank
female betta may live if you put more than 4 female,

male Beta is attractive, looks really very beautiful, eye catchy, they also understand some simple trick to play like they can make jump through loop, make his all fins bigger.
