That is quite a ste up. I never thought of doing aquaponics with rainbow trout. They stock the some of the lakes up here in Saskatchewan with trout for fishing. Funny the mint and chives is also a crop that is very easy to grow outside here in Canada. How do they sell your product? As fresh herbs? Thanks for sharing!
