I love spinach, that is a great one to try out as well! I got some great suggestions, kale, spinach, and okra. We'll see how they turn out. I went in on a deal for some plastic to cover the greenhouse, but I may have to delay putting it on for a day. I'll go ahead and grab some seeds to set up for the system :).
