AppTrade's APPX.WARRANTs issued and available on bitshares
Finally caught up with Daniel Pineda of @apptrade at Consensus and last week we met up in Vegas to talk more.
Was great to finally catch up with Dan of AppTrade. We had lots to talk about and excited to talk and share ideas with some similar interests and outlooks. Hanged out for a day after Consensus and met again with him and other member of his team last week in Las Vegas. Was good timing with the APPX.WARRANT being issued as well so I could be a market maker to help the markets get started like I have with some others. Will also work on bringing @apptrade back to Steemit to make an introductory post and going to visit them in person sometime this summer.
Asked Dan about coming on Beyond Bitcoin Hangout to talk again about AppTrade. But it is not the best time for him like many others. So thought I would provide some information to people who may be interested since his last appearance around Beyond Bitcoin Hangout #193.

AppTrade's bitshares asset token has recently become available on bitshares, OpenLedger. Recently AppTrade featured in Forbes: Chinese Investors Boost Funding In Danish Crypto Exchange's Blockchain Projects along with OpenLedger with boosted investor involvement.
Danish-headquartered decentralized exchange (DEX) OpenLedger has received seed funding to the tune of Dkr11 million (c.$1.6m) from a group of Chinese, American and European investors after a recent tour of blockchain and cryptocurrency events in the U.S., China and South Korea designed partly to sound out and attract potential crypto investors.

How do App Portfolios work?
Each app portfolio creates and stores a supply of digital tokens in a shared reserve. Each app contributes a portion of earnings into this digital reserve. App portfolios distribute value from this reserve as digital tokens on the OpenLedger decentralized exchange(DEX).
Sponsors may buy portfolio tokens. Earnings from the portfolio’s digital reserve are valued as market pegged assets called Smartcoins. App portfolio tokens are tradeable on OpenLedger’s DEX marketplaces. In essence, Apptrade is pooling royalty streams on a transparent exchange.

Fintech Apptrade's 'Stockmarket Of Apps' Lures Crowdfund Investors
Apptrade, a US start-up based in California, has revealed to potential investors attending the CoinAgenda bitcoin and cryptocurrency conference in Las Vegas that is creating and cooking up what the fledgling fintech describes as the ‘Stockmarket of Apps’, complete with “regulatory tools and compliance” mechanisms.
