Energy, Frequency, Vibrations are all simply and merely an observation of a non-staticness. There won't be any of the above in a static system. If something isn't static then it means there is new information. So I could say that Energy and Matter (Condensed Energy) to be an effect of reality/universe being non-static on absolute terms. If one could somehow influence the "Flow of Change", that would result in creation out of nothing. Basically it's Zero-Point Energy and beyond. And by beyond I mean a form of reality engineering/ Quantum Editing

Basically it's Fossi Fuel >> Neuclear >> Matter to Energy conversions >> Zero point Energy >>>>>>>>>>>>> God as Appliance.
