Revision in minimum bid and updates

There has been recent dramatic change in overall operations of @appreciator due to price hike of Steem. Standard voting window was 2.4 hours but now it has increased from that, due to more voting power being spend in each bidding window.

To cater Voting Power recovery and maintain voting round to 2.4 hours, minimum suggested bid is now 1.5 SBD.

All the bids now lower than 1.5 SBD will be refunded for 24 hours only, so be careful to send at-least 1.5 SBD and don't send posts older than 6 days.
