Beauty in Ruins

I can't still get over of how beautiful The Ruins is. Located in Talisay City, Negros Occidental, that structure was the remains of what was once a grand mansion of Don Mariano Lacson.

The mansion was razed by fire during the Japanese occupation in the Philippines and it was said to be continuously burning for three days.

What remained was the foundation of the mansion which is another beauty on its own. Don't forget to stop by when you happen to be in the area.
