Sesame seed cookies.

It is years ago I had them.
I noticed the supermarket sells 3 different types. I took the ordinary. No honey for me and the bus-kid daid the peanut tastes less. Wonder when it ate them.

Since I use the Dutch app "eetmeter" to check calories and above all the carbohydrates I noticed something.
Healty food is not necessary good.
Fruit contains a lot of sugar and carbohydrates.

• An apple contains more carbohydrates as a beer.
• An ordinary Marie biscuit contains 5 times more carbohydrates as a sesame seed cookie.
• 1.5 Marie biscuit contains as much carbohydrates as a Mars.
• A pancake made with wholewheat flour contains twice as much carbohydrates one made with white flour.

It all is kind of disappointing.
By now I quit eating fruit and vegetables for most days. I already do not eat bread and pasta, rice and bulgur ar not on my menu either.

It is a good thing eggs contain zero carbohydrates and they are the most complete food one can eat.

There is no need to just post them. Get the best out of your photo and the time you invest.
