you could easily make it yourself for a couple of €. Just buy the marzipan in the baking section (and a touch of food coloring). .... or is it the price for the whole cake, in which case it is not that outrageous. A factory mass-produced cake costs 12 to 15 € at the supermarket.
But from an artists POV it is not that well made. It should not have been that hard to make someting more in tune with what is new, such as Baby Yoda:
