Yes, especially us parents with young children, as you remember your experiences lol, staying focused is more than half the battle, and I am always looking for creative ways to motivate others and myself included! Thank you very much karen, I need this advice more than anyone haha. I am feeling slightly better, just on the cusp of recovery, so hopefully in the next few days I can begin to sing and do music again...
