Once Linux came into my life in the early 90's, Bill Gates has been seen as a negative crapitalist influence.
My position on vaccines is that the immune system is there to be used, yet having lived through the polio scare feel there are some vaccines that make sense yet their delivery also needs to be safe.
That said, the quote in this meme is taken out of context. There are statistics which show that as the life expectency and family wealth goes up population growth goes down. This is seen to the extreme in some northern european countries that are on a negative population growth if not for immigration.
My feeling is that that is what Gates is talking about in the meme's quote.
Vaccines certainly don't save lives but they are awesome for depopulation!
What? Vaccines don’t save lives? But muh media and bill gates said they did.
And if they do a real job with these vaccines, they can aid in reducing the population by 10-15%.
