In life, many people are tempted to live a selfish life and tend to be the only one to shine. This leaves out lives in a monotonous state with no variety, spice or growth.
When we help others grow, we simply are extending our reaches through them.
Nobody is a monopoly of knowledge. When we refuse to help others grow, others Will and soon our supposed loyalists would become our rivals.
Stay motivated and make the world a better place!

These people practice the philosophy of closing the doors to others pretending to have more.
Then we could say (following the candle analogy) that:
