Doing gentle spinal movements. As our teacher used to say, unblock the blockages ...
... by doing the following things :
(1) Tense less
(2) Stretch less, less unbalanced stretching
(3) Breathe less, easier to breathe naturally
(4) Think less, keep it simple
(5) Eat less, by product of good practice
Still struggling with the last one :)
