mannnnn I wish I could fast better! I can't make it very long before I get the munchies. Ideally I'd like to be able to do multi-day fasts but it's sooooo hard for me and I end up caving. I can tell that I don't have a lot of strength in my core and getting that back up should also help. And of course, #NoHomo LOL
