It's the typical "Monday" workout routine... got here pretty late to the gym in Las Vegas but still put the work in for an hour.
Did some crazy amounts of sets (12 each) of chest, shoulders, back, and arms.... actually I did do some legs as many of you love to point out my "chicken legs" LOL.
Another one in the books... persistence and dedication! Let's Go!
