Los Angeles has been an incredible experience so far. I visited this city for the first time when I was 14 years old. My biggest dream when I was a child was to move to the States when I grow up. Being able to fly overseas with my parents was one of the best experiences that I made at this time. I don’t want to give too much away, because I will upload a post about my greatest experiences in LA in the next few days but I have to say that I am still in love with this city. People are so open minded compared to people from Europe, especially Germany. I just feel very accepted which is mostly not the case in my hometown. I never really felt accepted in the environment where I come from. I always used to be “the other” girl that was different from all the others. That this is a good thing took me a while to realize.
