For me, sports has always been about having the right mindset. My mind is my strongest muscle and my body is capable of bigger things than I can imagine!!!
This was my first kickboxing class and it was tough! My respect for fighters has never been bigger, not because of their skills, because of their endurance physically and mentally! You will reach your limits but in order to grow you just have to keep fighting and block out the voice inside your head which is trying to bring you down. Everyone of you is made for success! You can do everything you set your mind to! Always remember that!

Yes i have a smart watch and smart scale ive been using and i am close to having a system where i get paid in either CHL or upvotes for loosing weight and posting it directly from the scale to the blockchain lol imagine global game show biggest loser style, where we are paying people APX and Actifit and CHL to loose weight to be first to show the most weight lost on the bluetooth scale. or we can let people upload a video , but i want that thing built into the scale so we have people paid to weigh themselves, i want the fitbit data to go on chain too and show my heart rate etc let the wisdom of the crowd recommend health tips for me , i can imagine @gerber makina bot to count mt heart rate and send alerts when there's a change or abnormal readings etc,
and @challengedac @citimillz @chaceeskam will start only upvoting #appics posts for a while and requyest all challengedac posst be made on appics i want the challengedac GPS feature sto get built into appics.
