Everyone need to be getting steps daily, with so much work nowadays on computers.
Even on rainy day’s @actifit motivates me to get out and get my steps!
Now @actifit is rewarding in Steem,SBD,AFIT and now also in ZZAN!🤗
If just a small part of the health care industry jumps on this Steem will be a household name👍

I just read your latest post, but I thought I would respond here...
I tend to look to see what witnesses and larger investors think/do In times like this.
New coins/ projects on Steem engine almost every day, and Steem tanks.
I will tell you it is disheartening and scary, but that inner voice tells me that the price is not reflecting all of the growth I am seeing.
