Ingredients
Pork Steak Cut - 6 pcs
Garlic - 1Bulb Chopped
Citrus Mictantha Leaves - 4 pcs
Soy Sauce
White Vinegar
Water
Salt
Honey
Pepper
Onion-Rings
Brocolli- Blanched
Procedure
Put together 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup vinegar, pork steak, chopped garlic and pepper in a Pan. Slow cook about 30 minutes add about 3 tbsp honey and season with salt accprding to your taste.l, then reduce the sauce until thickens.
Plate it and top the blanched brocolli and spread onion rings 😉
