This is our modern imigration center. To get a new (renewed) passport it used to be a true pain.... hours and hours of wait in real time que. Today I came to my preset time, to a right counter (al registered on internet), and everything was done in a no time, maybe in 4-5 minutes. All the paperwork ( no papers), new photo done, fingerprints scanned, signed, everything. Sometimes even bureaucrats can make things right...
