Birmingham, UK. You can buy Bitcoin and pay in cash, just scan barcode of your wallet and it’s done in seconds :) It’s in service about a year now. As far as I know it’s a investment of the owner of the shop and you are technically buying from him by this ATM so price can be higher than on market.
