RE: Colour All Saint's day yourself.
@wakeupkitty It is a gloomy cloudy windy day here too, I woke to it blowing 30 knots out of the north. No fishing today. I notice one of your tags says creativecoin is this the way we should tag or is using just cc ok? I used it once and put #cc, just asking because I want to use it correctly.
@myjob
Palnet, creativecoin, neoxian and marlians, Steemcoinpan, Reggaesteem, rhb are other tribes (sites) just like steemit. If you want you want to post on these sites too you use that tag. There are way more sites but I do not join all of them that is pointless. This is enough. Perhaps Marlians is pointless.
Qurator, ccc, freewritehouse, etc are tags you use for communities.
Freewrite, taeglicheinneuesschreiben, zapfic, art, photography, etc are tags given by contests to use or they say what your contents is about.
For me I also use: wakeupkitty, kittywu, forthechildren. This way I can find my posts back and also what I posted for my children.
Some tags activate something.
#cc activates that your commentors receive an commentcoin and you receive a message how many commentcoins you own.
#talentclub can give you an upvote
#art can make artturtle visit you and give you an upvote (you need to delegate SP to them)

@wakeupkitty do I have to have internet on my cell phone to post on palnet or one of the others, I have tried to google them and all I get is a page like the feed page and there is no place that I can find to make a post. I do not have the internet on my cell phone, I have a laptop.
Yes you need internet on your phone to connect to the blickchain to post.
I think you phone can log in on the same internet as your laptop!
Your phone, if it is a smartphone, you have to tell to connect to the internet.
Settings - connections - switch button WIFI on.
If you have a router at home your phone can find it. It probably can find free connections too if you are in town, a restaurant, the busstop or bank or where ever the have/give it. (Here supermarkets do).
If your laptop is connected with a cable to your internet you have to make a "hotspot" from your laptop. You leave it on and your phone can use it too.
If you want to use partiko you need to download the app from the playstore first. Next you sign in with your steemit key.
Offline you can write the text but if you want to add photos you need to be online. If you want to post too.

@wakeupkitty I do not know if you have this kind of phone over there, I have what is called a Tracfone, I have to buy minutes and put on it, if I go on the internet it will use up all my minutes. We have the phones only to use if one of us breaks down on the river and we can text each other when needed, texting does not take away as many minutes as talking. We use a landline at home. No one ever calls us on our cell phones.
I do not know the brand but it is a smartphone if you can go on the internet.
There are always two ways you can. One you pay for it and have your own connection.
Two you use someone else's connection.
You can use free wifi or the internet you have at home. My phone is what we call "prepaid" too. I pay for calling, texting or internet. I usually don't because I can use the internet at home.
I need to choose the wifi sign on my phone for that.
See the picture. If you switch it on you your phone traces all connections (and their names) there are where ever you go. The padlock means you need a key to get access. If it is your own connection, the one your laptop uses you have that key. If you do not have a key you cannot use it. There is free wifi too. You get access by just connecting or you need to confirm via the site of the shop or restaurant first. I need for example if I use the internet of the supermarket and at McDonald's too. The bank and post office have free wifi.
So look for that sign (settings - connections) and switch that button on.
