1 vanilla bean
500 ml milk
500 ml cream
6 egg yolks
4 eggs
180 g sugar
Salt
Cut the vanilla bean in half lengthwise and scrape the seeds out. Mix all ingredients well. Also add the vanilla pods and seeds. Heat to no more than 75°C while stirring until the consistency is like a thick sauce. Let cool. Pour through a sieve into an ice cream maker and process according to its instructions. Enjoy! ♡
