Lets go February. Isnt it the month of love or something... I really want a good breakfast bowl now. Heard its actually not the most important meal. That is based ona commercial for cereal back In the day. But breakfast is awesome when you wake uo hungry like on vacation. I personally fast all day and eat a nice dinner. Intermittent fasting...
