I would keep the contest with the same idea, but have different categories all with the same prizes up for grabs!! Like in the Baking & Cooking Category maybe 3 To 5 prizes! / Singing Category Same! / Video Category Same! / Art Category with paintings and drawings Same! Etc... Because with possibly 300+ entries again I think this would even out the playing field more instead of competing against everyone, we would be competing in our own division or creative path.
