This Peach Upside Cake is Sooooo Delicious! You can just Use your favorite Pineapple Upside Down Cake Recipe but Use Peaches instead! Hope you like my Step by Step pics and thanks for stopping by, I enjoyed creating this cake this morning for all of you, ENJOY!
LETS START!:
Prepare bottoms of pans or dishes with 1\4 cup melted butter and 1/2 cup of brown sugar on top, then add your peaches or canned pineapple in a decorative patern so when you flip it over after it cools a bit it looks pretty!!
Prepare Rich thick Batter And Pour Over top Of Peaches
Let cool about 30 min. Place a Plate On Top and Flip cake over then do not remove pan untill completely cooled as some Peaches may still be on the bottom of pan! Thats it!!
Mmmmmm, serve warm or heat your piece in microwave and serve with Vanilla Ice Cream, Sooooo Yummy!!
